How it works
Official Rules — $100 Daily Giveaway
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor. USA Free Tools, operating through usafreetool.com. Questions about the promotion may be submitted through the site's Contact page.
2. Promotion Period. The initial campaign begins September 19, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends September 28, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time, unless the Sponsor ends or extends the campaign as permitted by applicable law. There are ten daily prize periods.
3. Eligibility. Open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and are legal residents of jurisdictions where this promotion is lawful. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, contractors, immediate family members, and household members of the Sponsor may be excluded.
4. How to Enter. During each daily prize period, visit the official giveaway page at usafreetool.com/rewards.html and submit the requested information through the free entry form. One entry per person per daily prize period. No purchase, subscription payment, ad click, or other payment is required.
5. Daily Prizes. Ten (10) prizes of US $100 each will be awarded, one per daily prize period, for a total advertised prize value of US $1,000. Prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative is offered except where required by law.
6. Winner Selection. One potential winner will be selected at random from eligible entries received during each daily prize period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for that drawing.
7. Winner Notification and Verification. A potential winner will be contacted using the information supplied at entry. The Sponsor may require reasonable verification of eligibility and identity. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to respond within the period stated in the notification, or declines the prize, the Sponsor may select an alternate eligible entry where permitted by law.
8. Prize Delivery. After verification, the prize will be delivered using a payment or delivery method selected by the Sponsor and available to the winner's jurisdiction. No legitimate prize claim will require an entry fee, processing fee, shipping fee, or payment to the Sponsor.
9. Taxes. Winners are responsible for any taxes, reporting, or other legal obligations associated with receiving or using a prize, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
10. Publicity. Where permitted by law and with any consent required by law, the Sponsor may identify winners by first name, last initial, city/region, or similar limited information for promotion and winner verification.
11. Fraud and Abuse. Automated, fraudulent, deceptive, duplicate, or otherwise unauthorized entries may be disqualified. The Sponsor may void entries or suspend the promotion if technical problems, fraud, abuse, or events outside its reasonable control compromise the integrity of the drawing.
12. Privacy. Information submitted for entry will be handled according to the site's Privacy Policy. Entrants should not submit passwords, full payment-card numbers, cryptocurrency seed phrases, or other highly sensitive credentials through the giveaway form.
13. Disputes and Law. The promotion is subject to applicable laws and regulations. If a jurisdiction imposes requirements that conflict with these rules, those requirements control for entrants in that jurisdiction.
15. Separate Share Bonus. In addition to the daily $100 giveaway prizes, the initial 10-day campaign offers a separate $1,000 share-bonus pool: $500 for first place, $300 for second place, and $200 for third place on the campaign share leaderboard.
16. Share Counting. The website records eligible share-button actions associated with an entrant's email. Because external social networks do not provide a universal way for this website to verify every completed share, a recorded share action is not necessarily proof that a post was published or viewed. The Sponsor may review and exclude automated, fraudulent, duplicate, self-generated, manipulated, or otherwise ineligible activity.
17. Share-Bonus Winners. After the campaign ends, the three eligible participants with the highest verified share counts will be ranked first, second, and third and may receive the $500, $300, and $200 prizes respectively. Ties and disqualifications will be handled according to the Sponsor's published rules and applicable law.
14. Winner List. After the campaign, the Sponsor may publish a winner list on the website containing limited winner information as permitted by applicable law.
